Our passengers, their luggage, and their personal belongings are correctly and fully insured when travelling with us. When hiring a Mini Bus with a driver, you should check the operator is correctly insured for any accident or loss which could be experienced by their passengers. Is the driver fully qualified with a full Passenger Carrying Vehicle (PCV) driving Licence and is the holder of a Drivers Certificate of Professional Competence Qualification Card?

Certified?

Does the driver hold an Enhanced Criminal Record Certificate issued by the Disclosure Barring Service?

Licensed?

Is the Mini Bus Operator correctly licensed and displaying a Standard National Operators Licence in the windscreen?

Insured?

Is the Operator correctly Insured for any accident or loss suffered by their passengers with £5 million cover for passengers and £500 per passenger luggage per trip?

Reliable?

Is the vehicle modern, maintained regardless of cost and presented in an immaculately clean and tidy manner?

Able To Inspect?

Will you be able to see and inspect the vehicle yourself if you wish before booking?
